Any item ordered is unique and therefore not mass produced.

Each accessory and costume is subject to testing to ensure its strength and quality.

Items are sent in a package tailored to their fragility to reduce the risk of breakage;

After being sent and arrived, I assume any liability for damage and deterioration of items ordered.
